This research aims to explain the public's understanding of widows in the GMIM Betesdha Tatelu congregation, sub-district. Dimembe, factors causing discriminatory actions against widows in the GMIM Betesdha Tatelu Congregation, sub-district. The data in this research was collected through several stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Observations were made on the condition of the research focus location by looking at the gaps that occurred in the community in the GMIM Betesdha Tatelu Congregation, sub-district. Dimembe. Next, the researcher collected data by conducting interviews with informants so that they could produce data that supports this research and collect documents that support the research. Researchers received information that there were discriminatory actions carried out by several communities against women who were widows.
