The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) has partnered with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to highlight the work of the National Environmental Public Health Tracking Program (Tracking Program).The Tracking Program with the National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network (Tracking Network) as its cornerstone, has made great strides in closing the gap between environmental hazards, disease, exposure, health and data.
