Background: Hemorrhagic stroke is a focal or generalized neurological deficit that occurs suddenly within seconds or hours caused by a ruptured blood vessel.Hemorrhagic stroke can be divided into Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH)and Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (SAH).
