MINAT PEDAGANG PASAR RAKYAT TERHADAP PRODUK PEMBIAYAAN MIKRO DI BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI CABANG TELUK KUANTAN

Abstract   This research is based on increase in financing products launched by Islamic financial institutions to helping Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is one the pillars of development that has not received sufficient attention from the government. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Teluk Kuantan is one of the Sharia Banks participating in contributing to improving the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially MSMEs in Pasar Taluk Urban Village, Teluk kuantan City. This research aims to determine the interest of traders of the Pasar Rakyat on microfinance products and factors that influence the interest of traders of the Pasar Rakyat on microfinance products in Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Teluk Kuantan. The population in this research amount to 167 Teluk Kuantan Pasar Rakyat Traders and the authors set a sample of 63 people. The sampling technique with Incidental sampling technique. The data retrieval techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research showed that the interest of Teluk Kuantan Pasar Rakyat traders to microfinance products in Bank Syariah Mandiri is included in the high category of 40 respondents. Factors that influence the interests of traders are capital, but the problem is the lack of information about microfinance products by Bank Syariah Mandiri. The less of socialization is one of the factors in the low level of knowledge about microfinance products and the less of contributions of traders in choosing microfinance products
