Clima laboral: un factor que afecta al desempeño docente

The purpose of this study was to verify the work environment of the Institute, in relation to the teaching staff. Check whether the performance is appropriate to the work environment. The research is developed in the ITS of San Pedro de las Colonias. A quantitative and diagnostic methodology is used to obtain information. Two Instruments were designed to collect information. From the information obtained, it is discovered that communication, respect, satisfaction, equity, among others, represent factors completely related to the subject of this study. The sample that was in favor of the analysis was formed by 21 teachers. The instruments used were statistically validated through the Alfa de Cronbach (with a result of 0.838), later, it is concluded that the work environment that surrounds the Institution is the optimum and in the same way the teacher has a good performance, however , the fact that there was no favorable work environment does not affect the way they work.El presente estudio tuvo como propósito verificar el ambiente laboral del Instituto, en relación a la plantilla docente. Constatar si el desempeño es el adecuado al ambiente laboral. La investigación se desarrolla en el ITS de San Pedro de las Colonias. Se utiliza una metodología cuantitativa y diagnóstica para obtener información. Se diseñaron dos Instrumentos para recopilar información. De la información obtenida se descubre que la comunicación, el respeto, la satisfacción, la equidad, entre otros, representan factores completamente relacionados con el tema del presente estudio. La muestra que estuvo a favor del análisis se conformó por 21 docentes. Los instrumentos utilizados, se validaron estadísticamente a través del Alfa de Cronbach (con un resultado de 0.838), posteriormente, se concluye que el clima laboral que envuelve a la Institución es el óptimo y de igual manera el docente tiene un buen desempeño, sin embargo, el hecho de que no existiera un clima laboral favorable no afecta su manera de trabajar
