The purpose of this study was to verify the work environment of the Institute, in relation to the teaching staff. Check whether the performance is appropriate to the work environment. The research is developed in the ITS of San Pedro de las Colonias. A quantitative and diagnostic methodology is used to obtain information. Two Instruments were designed to collect information. From the information obtained, it is discovered that communication, respect, satisfaction, equity, among others, represent factors completely related to the subject of this study.
