Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) increasingly occupy a more important place in the economy of different economic sectors, for this reason it is very important to identify and address the needs they present. One of the main needs they face is the low level of performance, which can be reflected in low sales, little profit, among others. The main objective of the research is the analysis of the relationship between market orientation and performance in SMEs in the state of Tamaulipas, through the application of a survey to measure the current situation.
