The aim of this research is to determine the direction and strength of the relationship between nutritional status, sodium intake and fiber intake on systolic and diastolic blood pressure. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The research was conducted in November 2020 at the UPT Puskesmas Jombang, South Tangerang City with 100 adult respondents aged 36-45 years who were selected using the Purposive Sampling Technique. Data collection used data analysis tools using the Pearson Correlation test.
