The main purpose of this writing is to present the results of recent research findings, which are related to the general objective of proposing specific guidelines for the selection of human talent that aspires to enter the bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, with the final intention of proposing the strengthening of teaching competencies in the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of Panama. The research was carried out in the period from November 2016 to November 2018.
