Quality is a structured process to improve the output produced. Quality is the main agenda and the most important task and there are two things that need to be considered, namely quality and quantity. Many educational institutions expect success both in terms of quality and quantity of students. This research uses the Libray Research type of research. The data collection technique was obtained from comparing the results of various studies conducted by researchers in the field of integrated curriculum quality management as a field of educational management. The data analysis technique with data collection is to compare the results studies conducted by researchers. The results of research carried out using the comparative method are that implementation is influenced by the existence of empowerment in the field of management at the educational institution concerned with students. Student management is seen as part of overall school management. Process of managing all matters relating to students starting from the admission of students to the exit of students from a school, and in this case the concept of quality management in educational institutions is a way of managing all educational resources in order to produce appropriate educational services or even beyond customer need
