MANAJEMEN STRATEGI PADA PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN SEBAGAI BIDANG GARAP MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN

Human resources for educators and education personnel are very crucial components in the education system. This figure will always be in the strategic spotlight when talking about educational issues because teachers or educators are always related to components and within the education system. Choosing human resources who are able to answer the challenges in the 4.0 era or the millennial era should use strategic management, because strategic management is a process of determining the direction and goals of an organization in the long term through method selection, strategy formulation and systematically planned implementation. Educators and educational staff in the educational process play an important role, especially in efforts to shape the character of the nation through developing personality and desired values. The aim of this research is to describe the management of educators and education personnel in various schools. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach by collecting data from various literature sources. It was concluded that the strategic management of educators and education personnel goes through the stages of managing classes, choosing appropriate learning methods and media, utilizing literacy 4.0 and using learning trends 4.0
