PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS MANAJEMEN USAHA PENGOLAHAN SINGKONG DI DESA TAMANSARI, KECAMATAN KARANGLEWAS

Karanglewas district is one of the cassava production centers in Banyumas Regency with great potential to drive the economy, especially in rural areas. The target group or partners involved in this charity activity are  Cipto Roso Farming Women's Group (KWT Cipto Roso) in Tamansari Village, Karanglewas District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province. The solutions offered in this service area include assistance with financial management and determining production costs, creating branding and packaging, and assistance with online marketing. Socialization activities are carried out through focus group discussion forums and participatory approaches to rural assessment. The activities were attended by members of KWT Cipto Roso, cassava processors in Tamansari village, local trainers and village officials in Tamansari. The success of mentoring/training activities is measured through pre- and post-tests. The results of the activity showed that SMEs' skills and knowledge increased by 62.6%. The products are distinguished by the production of retail packaging that is marketed in souvenir centers and marketplaces.
