This thesis aims to push the limits of opto-mechanics by exploring new techniques for fabricating nanoparticles on flexible substrates. Two innovative approaches were studied in this work. The first method is based on the chemical etching of a metallic sacrificial layer, enabling the precise transfer of nanoparticles onto a flexible substrate. The second technique combines electrolysis-assisted transfer with chemical etching, offering an alternative and complementary method for fabricating nanoparticles on flexible substrates. The samples obtained using these methods were characterized using a microscopy device specially developed for this project, designed for the visible to near-infrared range.
