EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI KECAMATAN BATANG-BATANG MELALUI PROGRAM SMART ID FACE

Abstract Employee performance is a skill, ability, and work results shown by employees in carrying out their duties and obligations. The problem that often occurs in an organization or institution is a decrease in employee performance due to a low sense of discipline and awareness by employees. One of the other problems is the behavior of entrusting attendance by the state civil apparatus, because of that a policy was issued for implementing online attendance in Indonesian government agencies. The purpose of this research is to find out the Work Effectiveness of Batang-Batang District Employees through the Smart ID Face Program. The research method used is a qualitative method with Hasibuan theory, namely the factors that influence work effectiveness. The results of the research consist of 5 focuses, which consist of (1) work environment, namely the application of online attendance with the smart ID face program, can improve discipline and employee performance at the Batang-Batang District office. (2) Supervision, namely supervision is carried out online or offline in order to minimize obstacles obstacles that occur or that will occur so that they can be anticipated immediately in the Batang-Batang District Office environment. (3) Work discipline, namely online attendance with the smart ID face program will improve employee performance so that services provided to the community will be better. (4) Work motivation, namely one of the factors that motivates employees to work, namely the existence of a basic salary and additional employee income that will be obtained by employees after carrying out work according to the target and on time. (5) Compensation is a form of compensation given to employees in the form financial, namely the basic salary of Additional Employee Income (TPP) and non-financial compensation, namely periodic promotions and career paths in accordance with the level of education that is effective. Keywords: Effectiveness, Performance, Online Attendance   Abstrak Kinerja pegawai merupakan sebuah keterampilan, kemampuan, dan hasil kerja yang ditunjukkan oleh pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewajiban. Permasalahan yang kerap terjadi dalam suatu organisasi maupun instansi adalah adanya penurunan kinerja pegawai dikarenakan rendahnya rasa kedisiplinan dan kesadaran oleh pegawai. Salah satu permasalahan lainnya yakni adanya perilaku titip absensi yang dilakukan oleh aparatur sipil Negara, oleh karena itu dikeluarkanlah kebijakan penerapan absensi online di instansi pemerintahan Indonesia. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Kecamatan Batang-Batang melalui Program Smart ID Face. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif dengan teori Hasibuan yaitu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian dari 5 fokus yang terdiri dari (1)Lingkungan kerja yaitu penerapan absensi online dengan program smart ID face mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Batang-Batang.(2)Pengawasan yaitu pengawasan dilakukan secara online maupun offline guna memperkecil hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi maupun yang akan terjadi sehingga dapat segera diantisipasi di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Batang-Batang.(3)Disiplin kerja yaitu adanya absensi online dengan program smart ID face akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.(4)Motivasi kerja yaitu salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyemangat pegawai dalam bekerja yaitu dengan adanya gaji pokok dan juga Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai yang akan diperoleh oleh pegawai setelah melakukan kerja sesuai dengan target dan tepat waktu.(5)Kompensasi yaitu bentuk kompensasi yang diberikan kepada pegawai dalam bentuk finansial yakni gaji pokok Tambahan Penghasilan   Pegawai (TPP) dan kompensasi non finansial yakni kenaikan pangkat dan jenjang karir secara berkala sesuai dengan strata pendidikan yang diampuh.
