This study examines the academic library management issues and practices at the University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (UBIDS) in Ghana. The aim is to provide insights into the current state of library resources, technology infrastructure, and user satisfaction, and identify challenges. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews, to gather data from library staff, students, and faculty members. The findings reveal that UBIDS has a substantial collection of physical and digital resources, indicating a commitment to providing diverse materials for academic pursuits.
