Case of Myocardial Infarction with Nonobstructive Coronary Arteries Caused by Thebesian Veins Thrombosis

Introduction: The causes of myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronary arteries are heterogeneous and include different reasons. Clinical cases of myocardial infarction without obstruction represent a difficult diagnostic task where cardiac magnetic resonance is increasingly used.
