This study looks into the efficiency of DM (digital marketing) techniques in the technology division of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. The research framework guides the qualitative case study approach. The primary data gathering strategy entails semi-structured interviews with digital marketing specialists, marketing and advertising professionals from SMEs in the technology sector in Kuala Lumpur. The study adheres to an interpretivist research philosophy, recognising each SME's distinct qualities and socio-cultural setting.
