This objective of this study is to examine the effect of leadership style, psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia in the Jakarta area. There are three independent variables used in this study, namely leadership style variables, psychological empowerment variables and job satisfaction variables. While the dependent variable is the employee performance variable. The object of research is employees of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia with a population of 250 karyawaan.
