The growth of online purchases has now grown very widely, especially in Indonesia, which is a country with users that have entered the 10 largest countries in the world. Playing an important role, especially in the logistics sector, to send goods to the customer's home. With on-time delivery, better service, results in positive customer perception value which is an influential factor in customer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction which is mediated by the value perceived by customers.
