Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is a promising ultrasound (US)-triggered therapeutic modality for anticancer treatments due to its high penetration, safety, and noninvasiveness. Its therapeutic efficiency is closely related to the performance of sonosensitizers and the oxygen concentration of the tumor microenvironment (TME).
