Background: Photogrammetric analysis of facial soft tissue plays an important role in facial plastic surgeries. In many countries, planning for facial plastic surgery is done based on the defined facial metric standards for the same society. Few research works have been conducted in the field of facial cephalometric criteria of the Iranian race.
