Clinical intervention has a central role in the outcome of spondylitis tuberculosis cases. Surgical procedures indicate to prevent neurological collapse, preservation of stability, and early mobilization. The study aims to analyze the outcome of surgical intervention in spinal tuberculosis by using a transpedicular approach. This research was a retrospective study on the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology in Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, Indonesia, during 2016–2018.
