The article focuses on electromagnetic processes in electric circuits with semiconductor switches. A mathematical model of a semiconductor converter with four-zone output voltage control has been created so as to analyse electromagnetic processes in semiconductor converters with pulse-width control. The graphs showing electromagnetic processes in electric circuits are given. The mathematical model of the semiconductor converter is also used to study transients in semiconductor converters with actively-inductive load. The method of multiparameter functions, which are included in the algorithmic equations to analyse steady-state and transient processes in branchy circuits with semiconductor switches and reactive elements, has been improved by...
