Development Of ABATA (Android Based Test Application) As A Media For Programming Learning Assessment

The development of this application is expected to provide more comprehensive, accurate assessment reports, analyze students' progress, and enhance the assessment medium. Through this research, ABATA is expected to be a positive contributor to the development of learning at SMK Negeri 1 Sukorejo. This research adopts the ADDIE development paradigm, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the Analysis phase, the study identifies needs and problems in programming assessments, such as limitations of conventional assessments and student cheating practices through browsing, documenting questions, or communicating with other students via social media. Analysis of learning assessments and student characteristics is also conducted to understand the learning context and challenges. The Design phase involves ideation, question formulation, storyboard creation, and flowchart development. In the Development phase, the ABATA application is tested involving media and material experts. The validation results show a high level of media validity reaching 95.94%. The material validation results also show a very high validity value reaching 100%. Implementation stage through Product Feasibility Test involving students. The product feasibility test results show that the ABATA application is very suitable for use, with a feasibility percentage reaching 85.47%. Evaluation of the aspects of design, presentation of material, and benefits of the application also shows the category is very feasible. This research provides a concrete solution to problems in programming assessment by presenting digital assessment media that motivate students, reduce cheating, and provide better feedback
