Coronavirus Disease 2019 infection or called Covid-19 has spread throughout the world including Indonesia. Covid-19 is caused by a new type of coronavirus, Sars-Cov-2, which attacks the respiratory system. Covid-19 can be transmitted from human to human through close contact and droplets, which are liquid splashes when sneezing and coughing.The covid-19 disease was first detected on March 9, 2020, WHO determined that this disease was a global pandemic. This means that the virus has spread widely in the world (covid19.go.id). Covid-19 in Indonesia is recorded to have infected nearly 5,6300,000 cases of people until March 2022 with an additional positive case per day of 39,885 per day.Creating an organization is a metaphor. A metaphor is a form of speech in which a term or phrase with a clear meaning is applied to a different situation for the purpose of expressing a figurative comparison, the comparison providing information about the content, structure and meaning of the new situation. Employee Kongnitif perspective is an important thing for organizations to pay attention to, because it can affect the achievement of goals for organizational progress to survive in a global competition that often changes or is unstable. This research is important to do, because to obtain new knowledge or discoveries as proof or testing of the truth of existing knowledge.
