Survival frequencies rad52Δ and wild type strains using GAL::Cas9. The graph shows the results of 1-tail, 2-tail, tailless as well as a strain where Cas9 cuts both junctions between the repeats and the spacer DNA (2-DSB strain diagrammed in Fig 1B).
