A non-resident of a university means someone who is not living on campus or in university-provided housing. This paper presents a rental house management system that utilizes web-based technology to provide rental house owners and Unimas students with a centralized platform for managing rental properties. The system includes features such as tenant management, payment record, lease management, and reporting. The system utilizes a database to store information about properties, tenants, and rental agreements, and is built using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a back-end programming language such as PHP. The system also incorporates security measures to protect sensitive tenant information. The system is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate and is aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity in managing rental properties, while also improving communication and the overall tenant experience.
