While Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has been acknowledged for its valuable role in shaping Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the Environment (OCBE) there is still a lack of literature that has investigated this significant topic in the hospitality industry, which represents a gap in the literature on the green management practices in the hospitality industry.
