A INICIAÇÃO CIENTÍFICA NA PSICOLOGIA: : CONSTRUÇÃO ACADÊMICA E OS IMPACTOS SOCIAIS

This article is a work resulting from the search analysis in Scientific Initiation (SI), at Centro Universitário Tiradentes - UNIT / AL, which was developed between the years 2018 and 2019, with two researchers and an advisor teacher. The SI process is for the student, a moment that in addition to helping with personal development, also develops scientific understandings, expanding their knowledge in specific areas. The article aims to describe the importance of CI, analyzing its impacts on academic life and on society itself, with a narrative literature review for the construction of the article. The historical character and the social usefulness of this scientific knowledge must support new forms of relationships, reflections, productions that are always in line with discussions that promote a critical and dignified thinking to everyone who may be involved during the process.O presente artigo trata-se de uma análise de pesquisa na Iniciação Científica (IC), no Centro Universitário Tiradentes – UNIT/AL, a qual foi desenvolvida entre os anos 2018 e 2019, com dois pesquisadores e uma professora orientadora. O processo de IC é para o aluno, um momento que além de ajudar no desenvolvimento pessoal, desenvolve também, entendimentos de cunho científico, ampliando seus conhecimentos em áreas específicas. O artigo tem como objetivo descrever sobre a importância da IC, sendo analisados os impactos na vida acadêmica e na própria sociedade, portanto, foi realizada uma revisão narrativa de literatura para a construção do artigo. O caráter histórico e a utilidade social desse conhecimento científico devem subsidiar novas formas de relações, reflexões e produções que estejam sempre de acordo com discussões que promovam um pensamento crítico e digno a todos que possam estar envolvidas durante o processo
