The explosive traffic growth of emerging cloud, augmented/virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and 5G applications along with the inherent need for high-bandwidth transport of big data has fueled the expansion of the Ethernet switch market for data centers (DCs), high-performance computers (HPCs), and 5G fronthaul networks.
