This paper introduces the MATLAB/SIMULINK system design of a synchronous rectifier pulse width modulation DC-DC buck converter based on voltage control mode. Through loop modeling analysis and parameter optimization, the stability of the system in continuous conduction mode and discontinuous conduction mode is verified. Simulation results show that when the input voltage is 3.3V and the switching frequency is 10MHz, the output voltage is between 0.88V and 0.92V, and the load current is from 10mA to 1.5A, the system shows good transient response performance. This work provides a design guideline for a PWM Buck convertor with a wide output current dynamic range in the system level.</p
