Abstract:This paper critically examines the concept of technological determinism and its implications for ethics. Technological determinism suggests that technology is the primary driving force in shaping society and culture. It argues that technology has an inherent power to dictate social change and human behavior. However, this perspective overlooks the complex interplay between technology and societal factors, and neglects the ethical dimensions arising from technological advancements.
