IntroductionKenya faces significant challenges related to health worker shortages, low retention rates, and the equitable distribution of Human Resource for Health (HRH). The Ministry of Health (MOH) in Kenya has established HRH norms and standards that define the minimum requirements for healthcare providers and infrastructure at various levels of the health system.
