Abstract: The philosophy of mind has long been concerned with understanding the intricate relationship between the mind and the body. This paper aims to delve into the depths of this relationship by exploring various perspectives, theories, and arguments put forth by renowned philosophers and scholars throughout history. From Cartesian dualism to contemporary functionalism, this study critically analyzes and evaluates these frameworks, offering a comprehensive understanding of the mind-body problem.
