Modern working conditions and the current economic situation are forcing employers to pay more attention to the organizational environment and its impact on workers’ life. This research aims to identify those components of the organizational climate that contribute to mitigating employee burnout in the industrial sector. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the analysis of scientific publications on burnout and organizational climate, key concepts and diagnostic measurements.
