Linezolid for drug-resistant tuberculosis

The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy of linezolid when used as part of a second-line regimen for treating people with multidrug-resistant (MDR-) and extensively drug-resistant (XDR-) pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), and to assess the prevalence and severity of adverse events associated with linezolid use in this patient group
