National development and human resource management today are founded on responsible communication. The purpose of the study was sought to determine the effects of the radio on the prevalent unethical use of language in communication among tertiary institutions’ students in Uasin Gishu County. This study was based on the social influence theory, since FM radio programmes contribute to influencing listeners in terms of oral communication.
