Maize is the second source of carbohydrates after rice. Maize is currently consumed as the subtitute of rice for implementation of food diversification. Besides human, maize is also needed by poultry and mammals as feed ingredients. Increased demand of maize is not worth the supply of maize, because of the area and productivity tend to fluctuate every year. This research was conducted in 2017-2018.
