Policy Implementation Of The Position Of Civil Apparatus At The Regional Secretariat Of Palu Central Sulawesi Province

Civilian workers who conscientiously perform a given full service responsibility are rewarded with a promotion. With the promotion, it is intended that these personnel can compete in carrying out their duties as efficiently as possible and create excellent results. The aim of the promotion is to develop a merit-based professional infrastructure. Implementation of the Palu Open Selection Policy.
