Leaders are accountable for the performance and success of their organization, which is dependent on employee’s productivity. Leadership is an indispensable requisite for the success of any organization. The purpose of the study was to establish the effect of leadership styles on employee productivity at South Nyanza Sugar Company Limited. To achieve the objective of the study, the study used a descriptive research design address the research objectives.
