Scientific Method

Many think the scientific method is a complicated formula used only by those with a degree in chemistry. In reality, the scientific method is a system of reasoning which can be used to solve almost any type of problem. This program examines the basic elements of the scientific method including defining and researching the problem, forming a hypothesis, using experiments and observations to gather information, analyzing the data, forming a conclusion, and communicating the results. Shows many practical day-to-day utilizations of the scientific method including the testing of new drugs and analyzing the performance of various types of sporting goods.
