Multimedia used to be the province of professionals, but today even 2nd-graders are making high-tech presentations. This program illustrates the process of multimedia authorship, in which teachers serve as facilitators and students learn how to learn. Classroom footage from grades two to twelve shows how students go about researching, planning, constructing, presenting, and assessing their projects, which include slide shows, digitized movies, and electronic portfolios.
