In our study analyzed 1593 newly diagnosed lung cancer patients and matched healthy controls to explore both linear and non-linear connections between blood lipid profiles and lung cancer risk. Our findings indicate that lung cancer patients typically exhibit lower levels of total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C).
