Implementasi Kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2012 tentang Retribusi Izin Gangguan dan Kontribusinya terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2012-2014
