Objective: This study aims to identify the influence of work stressors on work performance and the moderating role of social support and leisure in the influence of work stressors on work performance. Design/Methods/Approach: The study respondents were employees who work in various banks. Data was collected using a convenience sampling method by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The collected data were analyzed using SEM-AMOS. Findings: This study found that work stressors negatively affect work performance. Social support can be a coping used by individuals to reduce the negative impact of work stressors on work performance.
