This research analyzes the selected text for the pragmatic study in the light of the concept of Face, which its model developed by Brown and Levinson in 1978 in the context of the theoretical principles of politeness. It is taken from two angles; one is concerned with the speaker and the strategies he has chosen to select the positive and negative faces targeted by his threats and then the strategies that he has diversified his successive threats on. The research then moves on to analyze the strategies of the addressee that he creates in order to repel or mitigate those threats or their damage to the speaker's face.
