This study aimed to identify the contributions of community nurses in school-based health promotion initiatives concerning teenage obesity issues. Employing a descriptive research design, the study involved 11 teacher participants, and data were primarily collected through a survey questionnaire. Statistical tools such as weighted mean and composite mean were utilized for analysis. The findings indicate a strong consensus among teachers regarding the significant role played by community nurses in fostering health promotion initiatives within the school environment.
