Analisis Pola Sebaran Dan Keterjangkauan Fasilitas Kesehatan Masyarakat Terhadap Permukiman Di Kabupaten Karanganyar Tahun 2022

This research discusses how important health facilities are, the availability of these health facilities creates a need for basic services for the community and has a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of public health status and health facilities also have a role in controlling population growth. The health facilities studied in this research were hospitals, community health centers, supporting community health centers, primary clinics and primary clinics. This research aims to identify the distribution pattern and affordability of health facilities in residential areas in Karanganyar Regency. The affordability of these health facilities is in accordance with service coverage standards in accordance with SNI regulation no. 03-1733-2004 Concerning Procedures for Planning Residential Environments in Urban Areas. This research method uses a survey research method. This research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach using distribution pattern and reachability variables. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. This research uses data analysis using a nearest neighbor analysis approach and buffer analysis using a geographic information system. The research results show that the distribution pattern of health facilities in Karanganyar Regency as a whole has a clustered pattern with a ratio of 0.81, health facilities are clustered in areas close to government centers and economic centers. Analysis of the nearest neighbors for each health facility has different results, hospital health facilities have a random distribution pattern with a ratio of 0.92, this is due to the availability of hospitals located close to government centers and in residential areas that have high population density. Community health centers and supporting community health centers have the same pattern, namely evenly distributed with ratios of 1.56 and 1.19. Pratama clinics and main clinics also have a clustered distribution pattern with ratios of 0.82 and 0.61. The reach of health facility services in Karanganyar Regency is still below ideal standards based on SNI No. 03-1733-2004 regarding the ideal distance to health service facilities with a score of 76% from a total of 100% of residential areas served
