Abstract

It is important that TBS, which is a β-agonist and isconsidered doping above a certain dose by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA),is determined electrochemically cheaply, in a short time and without the needfor extraction processes. For this purpose, it was aimed to develop a modifiednansensor using nanoparticles. For this purpose, CuO-Mn, SnO2 and SnO2-Mnmodified electrodes were prepared and differential pulse voltammograms wereexamined at different pH and buffers. The highest anodic peak currents wereobtained at 0.67 V with the SnO2-Mn modified electrode in 0.25M pH:7 phosphatebuffer. SnO2 is a p-type semiconductor with excellent optical and electricalproperties and a wide band gap (~2.5–3.6 eV). It has been observed that dopingSnO2 with...
