Physiotherapy and triangular fibrocartilaginous complex - TFCC

Ovaj rad je obradio problem i ozljedu triangularnog fibrokartilaginoznog kompleksa (TFCC). Unatoč tome postoje mnogobrojni uzroci bolova no pomoću određenih testova može se prepoznati TFCC ozljeda. Ova kompleksna ozljeda spada u česte ozljede ručnog zgloba. Također je omogućio razvoj različitih programa vježbi za liječenje općih nestabilnosti distalnog radioulnarnog zgloba (DRUJ). Međutim, ne postoji konsenzus je li najbolje liječenje TFCC lezija sa stabilnim DRUJ konzervativno ili kirurško. Ovaj rad sažima najnovija anatomska, biomehanička i patofiziološka istraživanja. Na temelju ovih podataka predlažemo rehabilitacijske tretmane ovisno o stabilnosti DRUJ-a, kao i postoperativno vođenje prema kirurškoj tehnici.This paper addressed the problem and injury of the triangular fibrocartilaginous complex (TFCC). Despite this, there are many causes of pain, but TFCC injury can be recognized using certain tests. This complex injury is one of the frequent wrist injuries. It also enabled the development of various exercise programs for the treatment of general instability of the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ). However, there is no consensus as to whether the best treatment for TFCC lesions with stable DRUJ is conservative or surgical. This paper summarizes the latest anatomical, biomechanical and pathophysiological research. Based on these data, we suggest rehabilitation treatments depending on the stability of the DRUJ, as well as postoperative guidance according to surgical technique
