Introduction: There are numerous imaging modalities available to describe pancreatic parenchyma. None of the broadly accepted diagnostic methods uses elasticity as an indicator of tissue damage. Aim: The aim of the present study was to establish reference values of parenchymal stiffness of normal pancreatic parenchyma through point shear wave elastography.
